Arcle Technologies Ltd is a financial technology company. This page explains how our services are provided and by whom.

Not a bank

Arcle is not a bank and does not accept deposits. Balances held in your Arcle wallet are not insured by the FDIC, NDIC, or any deposit-insurance scheme. Digital assets are not legal tender and their value can fluctuate.

Self-custodial wallets

Your USDC is held in a self-custodial modular smart account. You control it with a passkey on your own device. Arcle cannot access, freeze, or move your on-chain funds.

USDC issuance

USDC is issued by Circle Internet Financial, LLC. Circle is responsible for the reserves backing USDC and for its regulatory compliance as the issuer.

Local fiat partners

Local currency accounts and transfers are provided by third-party payment institutions that are licensed and regulated in their respective countries. In Nigeria, Naira services are delivered through our licensed payments partner. Those services are subject to the partner’s regulatory approvals.

Group import pools

Group import pools are facilitated by Arcle Logistics. Pool rules govern the fee schedule, customs handling, and dispute resolution and are made available before you join a pool.

Open-source software

Arcle is built with open-source software used under their respective licenses (including MIT, Apache 2.0, and BSD). Attributions are available on request at legal@arcle.xyz.
