Price Check
Tell Arcle what you need — like a grocery list — and it queries nearby merchants for prices. Compare offers side by side and pick the best one.
Place an Order
Once you find a merchant, place your order through the chat. Arcle handles the payment and notifies the merchant. You get a live tracking view from preparation to delivery.
Delivery Tracking
Track your delivery in real time on a map. See when the merchant accepts, when a rider is assigned, when the item is picked up, and when it arrives. Live updates are sent to the chat.
Errand Marketplace
Post a task to the marketplace and let riders bid on it. You choose the best bid based on price and rider rating. Payment is held in escrow until the task is completed and you confirm delivery.
Book a Delivery
Send a parcel from one location to another. Arcle broadcasts to available riders, and the nearest one picks it up. Track the delivery in real time. Works for same-city and intra-city deliveries.
Escrow & Disputes
Payments for marketplace errands are held in escrow. The rider is paid only after you confirm delivery. If something goes wrong, you can file a dispute with evidence (photos, messages). Arcle helps resolve disputes fairly.
Rider System
Riders can apply to deliver through Arcle. Once approved, they receive delivery requests, update their location, communicate with customers, and get paid after successful deliveries. Customers rate riders after each delivery.
