Arcle on WhatsApp

Arcle lives in WhatsApp too. Message the Arcle number and you get the same assistant you use in the app — check your balance, review transactions, start a payment, or run a group pool, all from a chat you already have open. It's the same account and the same money: anything you do on WhatsApp shows up in the app, and vice-versa.

The bot never moves your money

Arcle on WhatsApp can answer and prepare, but it can never send funds. Every payment is handed to the app, where you approve it with your passkey or PIN. Your biometric and PIN never pass through WhatsApp.

Connecting your number

1
Message the Arcle number

Say anything — Arcle replies and asks whether you already have an account.

2
Choose “Link account”

Enter the email or @username on your Arcle account.

3
Enter the emailed code

We send a 6-digit code to your account’s email address. Owning the phone isn’t enough — this proves the account is really yours.

4
You’re connected

Ask for your balance, send money, or start a pool. Your number stays linked until you disconnect it.

What you can do

Ask anything

“What's my balance?”, “show my last transactions”, “what's the dollar rate?” — read-only questions are answered right in the chat.

Send money

Say “send $10 to @ada” and Arcle prepares it, then replies with a secure link. Tap it, and the app opens the confirmation with Face ID or your PIN. The link expires in 5 minutes and only works for your own account.

Run group pools

Start an ajo or a group gift in chat, get a link, and drop it in any WhatsApp group — everyone joins and contributes from their own chat. See Group Pools.

Disconnect anytime

Send unlink (or disconnect) and confirm — your number is unlinked and the chat history there is cleared. You can also do it from Settings → Security → Connected accounts, which is the one to use if the phone is lost or stolen.

Good to know

  • Creating a brand-new account still finishes in the app — your wallet is created by your device's biometric, which only a browser can do.
  • Arcle can't be added to a WhatsApp group. Group features work by sharing a link, so everyone stays in their own private chat with their own money.
  • Nothing sensitive is ever requested over WhatsApp. Arcle will never ask for your PIN there.
