Your Accounts

Every Arcle user has three distinct identities that work together seamlessly.

Global Wallet

Your global digital wallet lets you send and receive digital currency across supported networks. It uses your passkey for security — every transaction requires your biometric approval. No one else can move funds from this wallet.

You can view your wallet address, check balances, and share your address to receive funds.

Local Account

Your local currency account is tied to your country of residence. Deposit funds from your bank, receive payments from other users, and withdraw to your local bank account. Each country uses its own payment rail.

Your local account details — like account number and bank name — are shown in the chat. You can use them to receive deposits from your bank or third parties.

Your @username

Your Arcle username is your social payment identity. Send and receive from other Arcle users instantly by username, no addresses or account numbers needed.

Wallet Recovery

Arcle has no seed phrase and no recovery key to write down. If you lose your device, you recover with a one-time code emailed to you plus your Arcle PIN — then create a fresh passkey on the new device. Your wallet, address, balance and history all carry over. Set recovery up in advance under Settings → Wallet → Account Recovery; it takes one PIN entry and a single biometric tap. See Security for how it's protected.
