Find a real room at a live rate and pay for it from your Arcle balance, in the same chat you use for everything else. Flight search works the same way.

Hotels

    Ask

    “Find me a hotel in Lekki for Friday to Sunday, 2 adults.” You get a shortlist of real properties with all-in prices in your currency. A list is just a list — nothing is booked or reserved.

    Pick a hotel

    Say which one. Arcle shows its rooms — room type, meals included, how many people, and the price — straight from the hotel's own listing.

    Pick a room

    Arcle shows the full booking: dates, room, total, and the cancellation terms.

    Confirm and approve

    Approve with Face ID, fingerprint or your PIN. The money is taken from your balance and the room is booked; you get the confirmation in chat.

You're never charged more than you agreed

Room prices can change by the minute, so Arcle checks the price again just before booking. If it went up, nothing is charged and you're asked again. If it went down, you pay the lower price. Arcle caps its room prices at the public rate you could check elsewhere.

  • Read the cancellation terms. If a hotel gives no cancellation policy, the booking is treated as non-refundable — Arcle won't call it free to cancel when it may not be.
  • Cancelling: “cancel my stay at the Radisson” shows the hotel's terms first. Whatever the hotel refunds goes back to your Arcle balance.
  • Extras: you can add an Uber voucher or a travel data eSIM to the same booking. They're delivered to you straight away and are non-refundable, even if the stay is cancelled — Arcle says so before you confirm.
  • If a booking fails after your money was taken, it's refunded to your balance automatically.
  • “What hotel bookings do I have?” lists your stays.

Flights

Ask for flights with where from, where to and when — “Lagos to Abuja on Friday”. If something's missing, Arcle asks for it all in one go. You get a numbered list of live fares with times, baggage allowance and whether the fare is refundable. Prices shown include Arcle's booking service fee (3% of the fare) — ask and Arcle will tell you.

Flight booking is being switched on

You can search and compare live fares today. Paying for a ticket isn't open yet: if you reach checkout, Arcle will tell you, and nothing is charged.

When it opens, booking happens on a secure checkout card, not in the chat. Your names must match your passport or ID exactly. Never type passport numbers or dates of birth into the chat — the card sends them straight to the airline, and Arcle doesn't keep them.
